Why I Quit Bug Bounty?

If I am completely honest, I started bug bounty by looking at all the people posting about earning a lot of money by finding bugs, and went into it with the earning mindset and you can guess what happened next.

Disappointments

After spending a long time learning about different types of attacks, recon techniques, and tools, I finally started hunting. But it was completely different and very hard to figure out where to find bugs, but I tried really hard , hunted for hours a day even got some bugs in some VDPs, then switched to paid programs and then came disappointment after disappointment, duplicate after duplicate, but I still kept hunting.

It triggered me when I worked hard to find 2–3 bugs in a program and reported them. One of them was a duplicate, which was fine, but the other two were triaged, and I was very happy. But guess what? They fixed those…
